Sometimes it really does feel like you are hanging on by just a thread.

I used to be an avid reader- would pick up a book and did not put it down until the end. I would “lose” myself in a book. I’ve never been a videofile. With the exception of a few shows, all my tv is to me is noise in the background.
Have a great Friday. The weather is warm today. Took a nice long walk. Feel better. I needed to chase away my “Demons”.
