I have found that my best work comes when I write by hand.
The ideas appear and I jot them down before they are lost forever.
Does it really matter if it’s by hand or computer?

Most of the time, I am writing with my tablet. However, I observed that sometimes I left out ideas that are great.
But when writing by hand, I felt an instant flow of words.
I have conflicting feelings for computers and hands…. haha π

Great post. I’m much more comfortable writing in longhand than using a keyboard. Hand is more physical. Tend to write by hand and then put some on computer to see how it looks in print.
All the best

Same here. I write first, then type.
I write my ideas out by hand because the flow of words from a pen onto paper connects to my mind; whereas a computer screen seems to somewhat disassociate the words; the mental, human connection. And, I do not mind the extra time involved in transposing the written words into electronic format. I feel the extra step gives me a fresh view; βsoundβ of the thoughts.
Your post inspired my Simplicity Lane post for February 2, 2015: The pen and paper is mightier than keyboard text!

I love to write things out by hand. I go through lots of ink pens and paper π
