So it starts.

John and Alex had been friends since the first grade, they had been through everything together and meant everything to each other, well almost everything.Today was going to be the day, the big moment, they were going to take their friendship to a place it had never been before. John had his worries, Alex as always had zero doubt.

On a very special Tuesday in May the two friends took it to the next level, they moved in and became roommates, let the adventure begin.

Step one, an attempt

Time

Today it passes by ever so slowly

Tomorrow I may not even keep track

I always want more

At times there is entirely too much

It’s the most precious, yet must wasted.

If only I could hold it.

just for a moment

Feel it pump through my

veins

Understand it all better

If I could be one with it.

The Beginning seems like a good place to start

I plan to review books from all walks of life, I do not pass up the opportunity to knock out two birds with one stone, so for my first book review I will use my Book Club Book.

The book is The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson.

I am more than half way through so my review will follow shortly.

I hope all feel free to share but still leave the mystery unknown for other readers.

Also any and all suggestions for books to read and review are more than welcome.

Friday Dreamin’

Friday brings a smile no matter what, it is the end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend when I love to curl up with a good book. I have found of late I have entirely too many, definitely need a new way to organize, and I think I may have found it…

What exactly am I doing here?

To answer that question, is to say I am not entirely sure. I love to read, have ambitions of writing and over all want to find new and fun ways to enjoy literature. Not just the occasional best selling novel; I am talking about enjoying the Classics, since that never happened in high school, enjoiyng poetry, enjoying short stories and most importantly finding new people to share with. I want to find an unknown book, author or even genre. I plan on focusing on anything and everything, this is a work in progress, a virtual book club.
