National Novel Writing Month aka NaNoWrimo started officially yesterday and like this bookshelf my mind has been all over the place while barely maintaining balance (a great display piece). The weekend is ahead of us; time to get creative, have some fun, and maybe catch up on a little sleep.
It is a very cold Friday here in Colorado which reminds me that November is soon upon us and all the time I had to prepare for NaNoWriMo is quickly disappearing. I picked this shelf because of its combination of simplicity and beauty, something I am going to have to remember in the upcoming weeks if I want to survive writing an entire novel in one month. Happy Friday! I am gearing up to write in NaNoWrimo(an entire novel in just one month) and I am searching for inspiration everywhere, how nice would it be to always have it waiting above you. Keep on Dreamin’ it’s Friday after all.
I went a little rogue on this Friday morning and I could not be more pleased by it. Instead of showing an amazing way or place to display your books, I went a different route, one that suits my slightly stressed soul. I am dreamin’ on this Friday of reading in the perfect place and that hammock suits me perfectly.
On this Friday I am searching for inspiration, fun, and whimsical; this bookshelf could not fit the description any better. It’s unique but classy, it could go in a room with a fairy tale theme or in a house full of modernism. It is everything and nothing, I have to find one of my own.
Yes, Yes, YES it is Friday and what an awesome day it is going to be and I am not just saying that because I actually have the weekend off…. I am feeling this closest library. It is simple but it offers a lot of space to store a multitude of books and the light allows you to show off your collection.

I know I usually wait until Friday before putting up some of my dream libraries but sometimes I just can’t wait. I saw this and fell in love, not only would it be an amazing way to display and keep track of your books but it’s a secret doorway. Let’s be honest who doesn’t dream of their house having a secret door and hidden passage combo???
