I have seen this on several of the blogs I follow so I thought I’d take a crack at it.
My unique sense of humor took over and really I wasn’t surprised.
I do like that the words from each title can create any number of different poetical lines if a person wanted to be creative.
Spy,
Brain Exploded,
Awakening,
Last Boyfriend.
It’s so bad and slightly ridiculous that I love it.
Slam, Shoot, Slam.
The practice has become ritual.
Dancing with the Agave.
Lime and salt intermixing upon my tongue.
The burn, the burn it’s
Only temporary.
The residual ecstasy is fleeting.
Oh Tequila you saucy minx.
Each time you justify the pleasure being worth the pain.

Emotionally overwhelmed,
Eternal battle between
Drive and Complacency.
Chasing the elusive white Rabbit.
Late at night my mind fills;
with plans, ideas, goals.
Hopeful that grand dreams transform into grander realities.
Always the harsh glare from
The sun awakens me.
Forces the heavy burden of truth,
upon my shoulders.
A Reckoning Is Coming.
After longs hours spent in
The building.
I try.
The crackling of the keys my only companion.
Will I?
Can I?
Make it.
Each moment precious as
Midnight approaches.
Rumor Has It.
Head In The Clouds.
When I Think Of Letting Go.
Hitchin’ On A Twilight Train.
She Shines With Her Own Kind Of Light.
Put The World Away From A Minute.
Chasing Daydreams, Still Pursuing Mine.

Cannot be broken,

As the sun sets I reflect;
I came,
I found myself,
I began to write.
The rest is waiting for me,
Where the sun next rises.
It has come to its unceremonious conclusion.
Happy to be done,
Happy that it happened.
Learned more than I
Thought or wanted.
Saw things,
Heard things I wouldn’t
Wish on anyone.
